Illinois biodiesel manufacturer BN National Trail announced today that it has protected a purchase agreement of all biodiesel process equipment from Kreido Biofuels. The delivery of the devices is now underway from Houston, TX and is anticipated to arrive in Newton, IL by October
According to the business, the project is a shovel-ready website. It lies in a business zone in Newton, IL near the second largest transportation corridor in the U.S. It's designed to optimize using innovation in the biofuels market as well as a better understanding of how to profitably manage a biodiesel production facility.
The scalable 30 MGPY facility's essential differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the technology, proven in large-scale production in Europe today. This makes it possible for BN National Trail to develop acquiring agreements with local feedstock suppliers who will be able to supply unrefined soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low cost throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the advanced feedstock technology program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being expanded to consist of algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE licensed technology will be integrated with the brand-new process devices," confirmed CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has actually been attended to when the plant would start production.
"This purchase arrangement is a considerable advance for BN National Trail. Not just will it provide earnings, but it will also speed up plans by approximately 2 years." stated CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it created, BN National Trail Holdings began looking for a site to commercialize a more energy effective and low C02 processing innovation for the biodiesel market. A nationwide look for a shovel prepared job site to establish lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, an undertaking by members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The 5 years of foundation project advancement by National Trail combined with Blue Northern's experienced personnel of biodiesel production, task management, and cash management expertise guarantees well-informed and component management that will allow BN National Trail to be an ingenious and world class biodiesel facility.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research study and advancement center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's objective will be to fine-tune newest innovation advances in biodiesel production and uses of eco-friendly energy. This will consist of evaluating several fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha
